Our team operates from the principle that building capacity within a district, school, and community is the best consulting strategy. We understand that structure and instruction must be addressed simultaneously in order for schools and students to truly succeed.

GMS has extensive experience in all aspects of educational consulting and has worked successfully with schools, businesses and community organizations across the nation. We have worked in urban, suburban, and rural communities and on Native American land. The GMS team has worked at the federal, state, district, and school levels in over 30 states to create policy and effective structures, and to support improved student achievement and more effective operations.

We have designed, implemented, and delivered professional development and coaching support for thousands of administrators and teachers in a variety of training arenas and on a broad range of subject areas.

We have, for nearly two decades, served as hands-on consultants, facilitators and trusted coaches. We have helped create the strategic plans and delivered the follow-up implementation strategies that lead and engage districts in a successful process of continuous improvement.
